NSR offers the right candidate the opportunity to join a successful and growing company. The ideal candidate will take on the role of NOC Service Manager for a Central Public Administration entity. The resource will contribute to the definition, implementation, and optimization of solutions within the designated Competence Center, collaborating with the team and clients to ensure the solutions meet corporate standards and address specific business needs.

Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in managing heterogeneous and enterprise network infrastructures.
  • Strong knowledge of the ISO/OSI and TCP/IP models.
  • Proven expertise in managing IP routing and WAN.
  • Solid experience in analyzing and troubleshooting LAN Switching, Wireless, WAN, and MPLS networks.
  • Advanced proficiency in using the VXLAN protocol.
  • Significant experience managing NGFWs (Fortinet, SonicWall).
  • Familiarity with centralized firewall management consoles (e.g., FortiManager).

Proficiency in:

  • VLAN implementation.
  • Inter-VLAN routing techniques.
  • OSPF and BGP fundamentals.
  • Standard and extended ACL implementation.
  • Basic security architectures.
  • Securing network devices.
  • Dynamic ARP Inspection analysis and implementation.
  • Configuring Network Address Translation (NAT) modes.
  • Operational implementation of Quality of Service (QoS).
  • MPLS networks.
  • VPN protocols (IPSec, SSL VPN).
  • Load balancing technology (BigIP F5 – LTM module).

Additional Skills:

  • At least one of the following certifications: NSE 4, NSE 5, NSE 6, CCNA, CCNP.
  • Ability to work in a stimulating and dynamic environment.
  • High flexibility and motivation to achieve assigned goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Responsibility and results-oriented approach.
  • Good proficiency in English.
