The NSR Group, in light of strong business expansion, is looking for a bright and experienced figure from the world of System Integrators, with strong skills in Cyber Security, to be placed in the role of Account Manager – Telco Sector.
Internally, the resource will work closely with the technical presales team and all Back Office departments involved in managing and monitoring customers and projects (tender office, purchasing office, contract management, and project control office).

The work location is Fiumicino (hybrid formula planned).
Availability for business trips within Italy and abroad is required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience in the ICT context, focused on the Telco market, selling cyber security, network, infrastructure services and solutions. Knowledge of macro-areas: cyber, network, infrastructures;
  • Understanding of sales processes and dynamics;
  • Ability to define, together with the Sales department, the commercial strategy and client positioning, with the aim of developing the client portfolio and ensuring customer retention;
  • Ability to manage and enhance relationships with assigned customers in a specific market segment;
  • Ability to generate leads and offers in line with business and corporate revenue goals;
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Good knowledge of Telco companies both as end customers and sales channel;
  • Ability to manage customer relations, identify opportunities, develop NSR’s offering, and oversee the entire sales process, from proposal through negotiation with purchasing offices;
  • Goal-oriented approach, ability to define and track opportunities using CRM tools, provide forecasts, and participate in weekly business review meetings;
  • Ability to manage relationships with relevant Vendors involved in negotiations.

Knowledge of technology solutions and the regulatory environment on which Cyber Security offerings sit will be valued.

Main activities:

The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for:

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process of IT Cybersecurity, Sales Customer Engagement, Network, Infrastructure/storage projects, products and services.
